Lake Norman Woman Magazine proudly hosts the Women of Will Awards each December to honor women in the Lake Norman community who go beyond, create, discover, persist and soar. Through both a printed salute in the December issue and an awards luncheon in their honor, Lake Norman Woman seeks to recognize women of character who inspire and motive through their leadership, passion, perseverance, determination, and heart.

Executive Women of LKN sponsored the Women of Will Awards in addition to filling a table at the annual event in 2013 and 2014. Two members of the group were honored as Women of Will in 2013, Kathy Holden and Danielle Ratliff.
