Susan H. Davis, born in North Carolina, is the current Director, Global Sales Training for the PSG Division of Thermo Fisher Scientific and also the Founder and President of S.H. Davis Empowerment Group.

Susan is a seasoned sales, training, and leadership professional with over eighteen years’ experience in the medical, B2B, pharmaceutical and nonprofit industry. Susan has served in varied roles in Experiential Education, Medical Education, Field Sales, Sales Management, Sales Training, Coaching and Leadership Training. Susan has an extensive background in sales leadership, learning strategy and curriculum development, leadership and team development, team and individual coaching, project management, product launch and pre-market development experience – including sales force expansion and training, training workshop development and roll-out. Her significant accomplishments have been recognized with numerous awards for sales excellence, leadership performance, and peer recognition.

Over the course of her career, Susan has gained a reputation as an effective people leader, known for her high energy style coupled with her extreme passion for working with people and teams to empower them to abandon mediocrity, set goals and deliver exceptional value to their customers with intentionality. “As a Certified Speaker, Coach, and Trainer, my passion has always been to add value to people, helping them achieve their highest vision and goals both personally as well as professionally, doing that with a growth mindset and intentionality.”

Susan has helped companies set goals that break current boundaries. Susan shares this message through training, coaching, and keynote speaking and has worked with clients from a variety of backgrounds including corporate groups, schools, real estate, medical sales, and nonprofit groups. Susan’s style is collaborative and results-driven.

Susan offers a distinctive hands-on approach in coaching talent development and conducting skill and competency assessments for professionals in a wide range of career levels, from sales specialists to senior leadership levels. Susan has successfully developed, delivered, implemented and evaluated training and development curricula for multiple organizations. Susan is skilled in assessing needs, designing meaningful outcomes-oriented learning and development programs, and working with senior leaders to optimally coach their teams to excellence in performance. Susan is known for her genuine desire to make a significant and positive impact on the individuals and teams she serves.

Susan holds a Bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University, a certificate in Nonprofit Management from American Humanics and a Master’s Degree from Clemson University. In addition, Susan holds multiple certifications in training and leadership including Level II Certified DISC Facilitator, Certified Facilitator for Professional DynaMetrics Programs (PDP), Certified Facilitator for Executive Presentations Skills and Socratic Selling for Communispond, and a John Maxwell Team Certified Leadership Trainer, Speaker, and Coach. Susan is a member of the Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN), and the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
