Rachel Di Martino Principal Consultant & Fractional Product Lead Rachel Di Martino is the Principal Consultant at Hatfield Lange Consulting. She’s known for making “responsible AI” operational with clear guardrails, clean and compliant data habits, and adoption routines that hold up. She led Microsoft 365 user adoption and transformation (including early AI initiatives) for EY globally and later led AI-first platform support experience initiatives at HPE. Her focuses are people, practicality, and data permissions. Rachel lives in Sherrills Ford with her husband and five children. They have one bad Siamese cat.
