The Emerging Leaders Class is looking for Applicants!

Charlotte Emerging Leaders is an innovative program designed specifically for established small business owners. We provide participants with the know-how, training, and networks needed to turn growth plans into action. It is a great way to focus your goals, maximize your time, and make a big leap forward. At the end of the program, participants walk away with a customized Strategic Growth Action Plan™ identifying the action steps required to achieve their business goals.

You will work ON your Business—not just IN it. Classes start in April and are held twice a month through September.

Participants must:

  • Be in business for at least 3 years
  • Have employees, and
  • Have a minimum of $400,000 in sales.
